General Terms & Conditions

The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the defective product and proof of purchase consisting of original purchase receipt which is unmodified. The documents should clearly indicate the name of the seller, the purchase date, the product type or the serial number. PISEN reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.

PISEN's obligations are limited to repair of the defect or replacement of the defective part or at its discretion replacement of the product itself.

Warranty repairs must be carried out by an Authorized PISEN Branch. Warranty will be voided should any repair have been attempted by any unauthorized service centre. PISEN shall not be liable for reimbursements, claims and damages that may result from the unauthorized repair of the product.

Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Repair or direct replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty may be fulfilled with functionally equivalent service exchange units.

 

Warranty and return

1.     All of our products have passed package test before shipment and guarantee to use our products safety.

2.     All Power Banks and 3C digital accessories are in good condition before shipment.

3.     All Power Banks, chargers and headsets come with 1 year warranty. If there is no man-made problem, we will replace it for free.

4.     Provide good after-sales service. If any problem happens, our team will do our best to solve it.
